Does it handle daylight saving time?

Yes. It uses your browser's built-in time zone database, so changes like US and UK clocks going forward or back are applied for whichever date you choose. India does not use daylight saving, so the difference to those countries changes by an hour twice a year.

How do I convert a specific time?

What is the time difference between India and the US?

India (IST, UTC+5:30) is 9 hours 30 minutes ahead of New York during US daylight saving time (March to November) and 10 hours 30 minutes ahead the rest of the year. Add New York to see the difference for any date.

Can I add a city that is not suggested?
